I can not recommend this place enough. Everything was absolutely perfect. After visiting Pefkos every year since 2019, we have stayed at various hotels around the area. We booked this Villa as we were coming over with friends and wanted to try booking flights and accommodation separately. The communication before our arrival was fantastic. When we arrived the villa was clean and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, amazing amount of storage and a huge space. If you don't like to eat out every night or like to go back for lunch it has everything you need. The family who own the villa and studios are so friendly and can not do enough for you. The location is perfect, a lovely walk to and from local bars and restaurants but quiet enough to not be disturbed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a villa. Thank you for a lovely stay and making our holiday that little bit more special. Absolutely beautiful villa. We will be back without a doubt.

The property is owned by Panos who is a really nice guy and extremely helpful. We didn't realise this at first, so didn't contact him to ask for advice on various things - this was a mistake as he can help with everything from airport transfers to dinner reservations and where to buy the best local produce. The villa is situated in a prime location - you can use the pools at the neighbouring hotel as long as you're buying drinks / eating etc. It is right next to the beach and several nice restaurants. Highly recommend Philosophia - gorgeous location and lovely staff. Villa is massive, clean and airy, pretty much everything has been thought of. Hope to visit again one day!
