Staff are super friendly and there when you need them. The location is good. We only stayed one night and chose the hotel as it was one of only a few that allowed pets to stay. The hotel has a large garden where our dogs could run around. The room was fine but to be honest, we found the beds small. If we had stayed longer we would have asked for a bigger room.

The layout of the hotel is great - lots of different wings and 2 inner courtyards, one of which was set up for a wedding while we were there. I was glad I'd asked for a quiet room as they put us into a wing far from the celebrations. It was not pool season but my husband had a dip anyway and we enjoyed being all alone on the lounges in the sunshine. The valet staff was especially good.

Vintage (retro) property. Built in 30s of the 20th century. Showing all the vibe preserved from different eras of Mexico history... at least for the last 90 years. COOL and Majestic. Spacios rooms and facilities (built according to ancient standards ) that are not seen in more modern properties around the world. Just cool place place if you want to get a glimpse of what Mexico looked like around 100 years ago.... HIGHLY recommended!!!!

It was very nice the first night. Then a bus tour came the second day and were put in the rooms all around as and they stood in The hallways talking very loud. They were up early with little consideration for others around them. It would have been nice if we had been in a different area.
