Location is very good in a quiet street with a bar, pub and laundry services within 50m of the front door. A 2-minute walk to the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

For me two features stand out - the view from an ocean facing room is exceptional. The second outstanding feature for me was the staff. I have stayed at the hotel many times over the last 25 years - the last around 10 years ago. I was surprised and delighted to be greeted by the Receptionist with "Welcome back Mr R.." The Staff were terrific - among the best I have encountered in my 50 odd years travelling the world

As described - clean, well run hotel. Cleaning staff were excellent - whenever I returned the room was cleaned. Room was spacious and the view was excellent.
