all employee are very kind at the breakfast. the room charge is valuable, also the location is very close to approach the beach, just a few minute. also, car parking is free. I can park at the specified area by guide of employee at the parking lot. it is greatful.

The location could not be any better. It is conveniently located near all the oceanside restaurants and bars. Great attractions like the “Alcazar Cabaret show” were also within a short walking distance. Highly recommend the shopping mall below the hotel for shopping and fast food (also foreign exchange). The buffet breakfast is very good but could do with some day to day variation. Showers and swimming pool very nice. The concierge (both Ex and David were amazingly attentive and made a real effort to remember my name and good conversation with me and my family) which really elevated the experience of the hotel. The service of the rest of the staff at breakfast and during check-in and checkout was just as good. Overall 10 out of 10.
