Location is ok, a little noisy at times due to neighbouring disco. Room and pool acceptable for monies paid. Clean, and fairly spacious room.

This is one of my best stays in Pattaya. Room is basic but so comfortable! The size is ok. The locasion is great! Close to Central marina and terminal 21. Not too far from the beach. Breakfast is not buffet breakfast but tasty and you have variety to choose. It needs pre-order. You order in the evening and in the morning they give you what you've chosen Swimming pool is another issue I want to praise. Big, clean and wonderful. On my way back I'll book the same hotel
