Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Location very good as we prefer to be away from busy areas and we had a car to get around. Swimming pool and surrounding area were kept very clean. Quiet hotel as out of main season and very few people staying.

A little outside of Pattaya, free shuttle bus into town is available. Near a quiet beach, with some seafood restaurants minutes away. Child and pet friendly. Big pool, spacious rooms, balcony. Friendly staff.
