The accommodation is in a very good location. If you're just in the mood for the beach, it's only a 50-meter walk to the shore. There are plenty of massage places within 100 meters. A 7-Eleven is almost right next to the entrance. At first, we were afraid it would be noisy based on other people's reviews, but it really wasn’t bad at all. Although we didn’t spend most of our time in the room anyway :) In terms of value for money, this place is unbeatable. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would go back anytime.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and really good location close to patong beach. Nearby stalls for booking activities and renting motorbike. Close to bangla street and good food within walking distance.
