Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.From now until October 2025, Hotel allowed early check-in from 12.00 (Noon) on the arrival day. And the late check out until 14.00 hrs. on the day of departure. Please note that both early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card.A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The cleanliness was impeccable — the room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location was perfect — conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. As for value for money, it exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid, I received high-quality service, comfort, and amenities that made the stay well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel, the first time was perfect which made me want to stay at the same hotel a second time, except that this time it was a bad experience.
