We loved that the place felt like a home away from home, with little touches that were perfect for us celebrating my sister's birthday and making it a fuss free vacation base. I forgot an iron and they had this with an ironing board, there was a washing machine (we didn't use it but it was a nice to have), also for cake there was a tiered stand which was perfect for a high tea experience of Mondvol and Dispens cakes and cookies. The dishwasher ensured no arguments about who needs to do dishes. My sister had the main room and loved the feeling of being in her own space with the stunning bath and bathroom doors leading to balcony which overlooked the sea. The premises is within walking distance to the beach and Leeto restaurant (2 mins drive and about 7 by walking) and just a few minutes drive from all the other lovely restaurants and activities that are on offer, we would definitely consider returning here. The guide for things to do and places to eat is comprehensive and we tried quite a few although couldn't do all and will be back. The OK store was well stocked and we'd probably rather do shopping in Paternoster vs load up car next time as they had great veg, fruit, meats and all other yummy treats conveniently in store. The staff at Stay in Paternoster were very friendly and professional and every one we met this weekend were so welcoming. It was really a very pleasant stay at Die Veldmuis and in Paternoster.

Very nice and cosy house with nice bathrooms and hot water. Wifi with DSTV channels!! And of course the lovely indoor fireplace!!!!
