Lovely apartment in a great location. I stayed here as a stopover while cycling on the via Francigena. My host, Giovanni, met me at the property and was very friendly and helpful, replete with tips for the area - places to eat etc. I best of all, he took the trouble to ask about my cycling and was able to recommend a much improved route for my onward journey: thanks Giovanni!

A delightful apartment in Parma. Very comfortable, quiet, well equipped with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed a glass of wine each evening. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was spacious and the shower was great! There is a grocery and a Cafe right downstairs. We would highly recommend the Al Ducale apartments!

The best value for this property is the location, you can reach the center easily in 10min, walking. In addition the house is super nice and it is tastefully furnished

Host was very kind and so welcoming . He was informative about the room, facilities and the area especially great recommendations where to eat .Location is excellent an easy walk to main streets and markets. Continental breakfast to room was plentiful and all freshly made. I would recommend this genuine b&b and stay there again.
