We got a room with two big beds. The room was spacious. Breakfast is included. It was clean.

Breakfast. Toast, cereal, waffles, juice etc. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Don't leave it too late as the coffee and hot water get cold and makes it necessary to nuke it in the microwave. Heavy truck traffic dies off late evening, slept well. Not far from the local laundromat.

A comfortable pleasant place. We had no parking problem although we couldn't park close to our unit due to some very careless parking by others. The road is busy but we heard no noise in our unit. Other units probably heard some noise.

Better than we expected. Friendly staff clean room. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but a 1 minute walk to a good breakfast restaurant. We will stay here on our next trip to Parker.
