The fine print
Please note that the following fees apply for arrivals and departures outside of regular check-in and check-out hours:- EUR 35 for arrivals on Sundays or public holidays
- EUR 35 for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00
- EUR 50 for arrivals after 22:00. For security deposit, a pre-authorization on credit card in the name of the person who booked the apartment will be taken at the delivery of the keys.
This is not a payment. There is no debit. It is a pre-authorization.
The amount depends on the size of the apartment: It will be 500€ for an apartment of less than 40m2, 1000€ for an apartment of 40 to 59m2, 1500€ for an apartment of 60 to 79m2 and 2000€ for an apartment of more than 80m2.

Upon arrival, we had the option for early check-in, which was great as it allowed us to make the most of the day. However, we were disappointed by the extremely high deposit, which we have never been asked to pay even in well-known hotels. The apartment itself has significant damage on the walls, chairs, and cabinets. The sofa is not functional. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, but no coffee capsules provided. We were instructed to remove the bedding, and unfortunately, my fears about what I would find were confirmed—mattresses and pillows were heavily stained. We come from a tourist hub and work in tourism ourselves, so we were quite surprised by some of these issues. A positive aspect is that the apartment is located in the very center, making everything easily accessible. The apartment is spacious, with large rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware. The mattresses are very comfortable.

There was plenty of room for 6 people, 3 bathrooms 2 toilets were great. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Location was fantastic, close to everything you need 10 min walk to Louvre and Gardens. 35 min walk to Montmartre.
