This hotel exceeded all expectations! The comfort was top-notch, with plush bedding and a perfectly functioning jacuzzi in a high-tech room. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were superb, always ready to assist with a smile. The amazing breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Every gadget in the room worked flawlessly, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was stuck in the elevator during my recent stay, which was a distressing experience. Unfortunately, no one from the staff followed up or acknowledged the incident, which left me feeling overlooked. This lack of communication negatively impacted my overall enjoyment of my stay.
