Location is excellent, very close to a metro stop and perfect walking distance of multiple nice restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions. The hotel is also easily reachable by car with multiple parking garages in the close vicinity. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you with any request you might have.

The staff at check-in were most friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and giving me a room upgrade without me asking. The room was, as always, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. I have been back to this hotel many times, and will be back again.

Upon entering we found it to be quite quirky, clean, warm and welcoming. The front desk was located to the rear so you weren't going past the desk each time you left or came back to the hotel. The staff were lovely in explaining everything to us in English. The room was clean and very warm.
