Any reservation involving four rooms or more will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 100% deposit of the total amount for the reserved services.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.• 100% of the total amount will be due and non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I had a great extended stay at Le Petit Oberkampf. It's a very warm, cozy and kind of perfect sleeping 'nook'. The room is small, but inviting, comfortable, pratical and beautifully decorated. See you again next time!!!

I like everything there. The location, the neighbourhood, the facilities, the cleanliness the comfort and the cozyness is a plus! The staff (day and night shift) are 5*, patient, caring and, above all, very professional. It was not my first time staying there and, surely, will not be my last. Merci!

The location is excellent. Right next to Le Marais w/o actually being there (and paying the corresponding price). Right next to the metro. We worked from our room and the internet was good.
