Well situated near lots of facilities and within walking distances of sites. Very quiet. Children appreciated that there was Netflix so they could watch some cartoons after walking all day!

The location and comfy bed are what make this an eight -- they compensate for some other shortcomings. There is easy access to bus and metro and tons of places just steps away to get food, wine, pastries, cheese -- anything you want. It's pretty bare-bones otherwise, with only one bedside table (we improvised with a chair) and no real decor to speak of. The couch is a good place to sit but a coffee table would be a good addition. Good washing machine but there is no drying rack provided. THERE ARE NO PAPER TOWELS, not just a half roll but none and when you want to have dinner no napkins either. The open electrical receptacle box on the bedroom was is just an invitation for a shock. Could really use the outlet that should be in the box too.
