Very helpful and kind staff - always ready to help! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel is exceptional: the Opera and the Louvre Museum, as well as the Big Bus starting point are in walking distance, along with the subway and bus stops.

As soon as we got there the receptionist (Noah) was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He really got our visit off to a good start! The location was perfect with many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding streets.
