The fine print
Please note that the hotel does not accept cheques for payment.Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Conditions d’annulation :
Vous pouvez annuler partiellement ou totalement votre réservation jusqu'à 15 jours avant la date d’arrivée sans frais.
Pour toute annulation partielle ou totale reçue entre le 14e et le 8e jour précédant la date d’arrivée, 50% du montant annulé sera facturé.
Pour toute annulation partielle ou totale reçue entre le 7e jour précédant la date d’arrivée, ou dans le cas de non-présentation (no-show) 100% du montant sera facturé.
Toute nuitée annulée avant ou pendant le séjour sera facturée selon les mêmes conditions d’annulation.A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be asked to confirm the booking. The final payment is required before the arrival date. The payment can be done by bank transfer or by card through a secured link.
Cancellation policy:
Your reservation can be cancelled with no charge until the 15 days before the arrival date.
For all cancellations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount cancelled will be invoiced.
For all cancellations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount cancelled will be invoiced.
All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect location, walking steps from core downtown Paris. Very warm host, highly professional. And something rare in Paris - air conditioner @ 35 degrees outside. Perfect stay, I will return for certain. Merci pour la votre hospitalite ❤️

It was more like staying with a friend who has a fabulous apartment than a hotel, we really liked that. Location was excellent, very safe and quiet. Comfortable beds, large room for Paris. Staff were so welcoming and helpful as well as giving good suggestions for dinner. Breakfast at the cafe next door was terrific.
