Loved the vibe and location of this hotel. Lobby area was beautiful. Loved the late checkout time of of 12pm. Quality beds and linens, rooms were pristine and beautifully decorated.

The area around the Bastille is vibrant and full of life, with an abundance of good cafes, bars and brasseries. There is a variety of shopping options. The hotel is near a metro, though I didn't use it. The local streets and surrounds are reasonably clean for Paris. It didn't strike me as a particularly "touristed" area which is a plus. The room was small but very nicely decorated. I was there solo, and I think it might have been a bit cramped with 2. Good amount of storage and the bathroom was great. The bed was super comfortable. The lounge-breakfast area is cool - decor is vibrant and done with a bit of flair. There is a coffee machine there which is available all day and actually makes OK coffee. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous position for both ease of getting around and the local restaurants & shops, the room was comfortable & relatively spacious and the staff were lovely.
