Booked hotel due to location. Had stayed previously in area. Did not expect Breakfast but was good with Coffee, rolls, and juice. Staff were friendly and helpful. room was clean and had nice touches such as reading lights and good shower. Would stay again if in Paris.

Free breakfast everyday except saturday. It's in a good location: there are supermarkets (I personally recommend going to Carrefour Express) , several cafes and restaurants nearby. It's well connected by metro, It's easy to get to the hotel from Orly's airport. There's an elevator, even though it's a bit small. There's AC in the room.

Excellent location in Paris 9th Arrondisement. Close to restaurants and shops. Our room had a fridge, hairdryer, safe and nice large shower. There was a. Complimentary bottle of water in the room. The staff were lovely and friendly and the owner, who we met, was delightful and we chatted with him in French and English. Although not advertised, breakfast was included in the price. Fresh Nespresso coffee was available as were bread, wonderful croissants, pan au chocolate, plus omlettes etc
