This is a fabulous hotel with amazing staff who are so helpful and friendly .The area is beautiful with so many cafes and places to see. I was there for a special birthday and they made it even more special by putting a banner, gift and card on the bed. They go to such extra lengths to make it a wonderful stay. We loved the promo videos on YouTube and will definitely recommend this lovely hotel to everyone.

Very well run hotel with high customer centricity. We had two issues during our stay and the hotel staff resolved both of them exceeding our expectations. Hotel staff has been super attentive and flexible. Great location, next to the old mills and where Tour De France is passing through.

Booked this place for its location and the positive comments about the staff. I was warmly welcomed by Flavie and Vincent, who were very competent and helpful throughout my stay. Had a fun conversation with the newly hired female staff member who poured me a generous glass of Nicolas Feuillatte on the house. Also thanks to Jose for letting us take the glasses out on the street when we came back late at night. Great atmosphere, perfect location, has everything you need.
