Convenient location, the family room was perfect for the 3 of us. Everything worked well, plenty of space in the room to hang/ store things.

In general room was basic but rather comfortable. Good mattress and pillows. Court yard view - very quiet. Slept with open windows. Location is convenient and quiet

The location is brilliant for exploring the sights and for restaurants and the staff were all friendly and helpful, The hotel has character and the public area is attractive with a lovely photo exhibition on the walls. Good storage space in the room

The main guy that was on reception was incredibly welcoming and so was the evening porter. I went to Paris to run the Marathon and he said I could store my bag there while I ran, have a free breakfast and use the showers afterwards. Such a great employee. The guy on reception today was less friendly and it felt like everything was a chore for him. Overall, I was very impressed with Concortel
