Check-in was very simple and the person at the desk was helpful. The no-thrills room was functional and had all the basics that I needed on the trip, a bed, shower with hot water, and located in a great area.

the location is excellent: close to restaurants, close to metro, 20 mins walk to Gare Austerlitz the staff is friendly and helpful
