We consider a Group from 2 rooms and above and thus, we apply our Special Conditions for Groups which is that any such Group reservation of 2 rooms and above become automatically Non Refundable. The Client must confirm, by email or message on the extranet, his acceptance of these Special Conditions within 24 hours of his reservation. Otherwise, the reservation is automatically cancelled.The hotel rooms have no air conditioning, only fans.In case of early departure from the initial stay, hotel requires a 100 % total amount as fees.Luggage service:In case you arrive early at the hotel before 3pm the check in time, we can keep exceptionally your luggage in the reception room or the breakfast room (next to the reception). However, these places are not guarded and not enclosed. Therefore, the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of items that you may leave.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.. Rooms clean. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. After reading some awful reviews we were pleasantly suprised with the place.

Staff members, check in and price. Only had one night in Paris. Not ideal if you're not planning out of the hotel activities.
