During the hottest times of Paris, the AC was working very well. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff was helpful.

Not sure why there were bad reviews. It wasn't that bad at all. It wasn't spotless clean but in my opinion it was because of guests who were already in the room. For that money, that's quite good value

Nice and helpful staff, great location (the métro is right around the corner, takes like 20 min to get to châtelet), clean rooms, comfortable beds and a heavy curtain for the window - the street was pretty lively with many lights but the curtain kept the room in total darkness at night. A basic bathroom, pretty much what you'd expect. Really nice place!
