Great location, central to Le Marais cafes and museums. Staff were helpful and let us drop our bags off before check in. Comfy beds. Good to have a kitchenette.

Great location close tò everything: notredame, Pompidou, restaurante, metro, supermarket Nice apartment with all needed furniture, beds very confortabile and apartment in a silente building

Great apartment BUT the NUKI app you have to download is RIDICULOUS. Before checking in, I tried it out but the home page says "oops no key ..." So I phoned the number given to me and just as well, there is a number with a person you can talk to. He said only after 3pm when you can check in , you can activate Nuki which will virtually give you a code & open the door . Anyway, it's way too bothersome a system. We were at the door of the flat and we gave up . Also make sure you have plenty of phone charge for this system. The person on the phone activated the door virtually Luckily, one of us ( 3 people) didn't want to go out so opened the door manually from inside for us !! We stayed one night. One neighbour seemed to be quite used to Booking.com guests being stuck. One spent the night in the corridor. Lock boxes mean guests might arrive late and you really don't need that kind of aggravation. The video provided on how to check in was good up to when it tells you about the Nuki system where it's so fast you have no time to understand. When we book , we have no idea this is a system used AND also it is quite unsettling to receive a text separate from the Booking.com site which tells you to click on a link . At the time of booking, I had to ring Booking.com and they checked that Arone, who texted me was not a scam. THEN , trying to use the TELEVISION, wasn't easy either. The sound was so low , we couldn't change it. I tried to click to do it manualIy on the TV and pressed a button under the screen. We'll, that was it , we could not get the TV back . There were 3 of us trying. We are seasoned travellers ! We communicated with that same person but we gave up on getting the code for the apartment door and the Tele. Apart from that, it was a good stay ! Ps a bit of cleaning on the sofa bed frame would be good. When you open the sofa bed, it's a bit yuk!! And around the floor in that area.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the Marais, would be a perfect place for a couple, for the four of us it was a bit crowded especially with the bathroom only accessible through the main bedroom.
