The proximity to beach and restaurants. Onsite parking was a big plus and balcony to sit on with a wine at night was lovely. The aircon and ceiling fan were appreciated. Eleni in reception was very welcoming and carried my luggage up the stairs. Thank you for a very nice stay

Irene Studios – Beachfront was an exceptionally charming property, white washed with hot pink bougainvillea growing over the front. My room had a balcony looking at across the bougainvillea towards the beach & the sailing boats. As I had a kitchen, I could buy my breakfast and eat it on the balcony. Eleni’s mother would also give me large slices of home-made cake. My room was simple but spacious. Eleni’s was very welcoming. As it is a family business, she works very hard to maintain this beautiful little hotel. Irene Studios is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Parikia. Therefore, it’s not as busy .As you walk along the port towards the centre of town, there are a number of beach bars for cocktails and outdoor restaurants.

Location!. Location! Could swim in beautiful water just across road. Very chilled and relaxing. 10 min walk along front. Close to Ferries and buses. Lots of places to visit on Island. Restaurants and supermarket along the front. Sunsets from our balconey amazing.. Weather beautiful April 22-28 April. Big Blue Ferries to other islands. Impressive! Would recommend Friendly Staff
