Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great location (very central), beautiful house, excellent breakfast. As all b&b’s in Brazilian historical cities, it’s also very simple, not a fancy place.

Great location and great building. The rooms are comfortable and we loved the dual showers where one is in the open air and the other enclosed. The breakfast is typical for Brazilian standards and has a decent selection. The pool area is also great and for the old town of Paraty is a decent size. The fitness area is also pretty decent. Parking is free you park in the main square and they will then park you car securely in a separate location.
