We booked a room for 4 people, when we arrived we were offered a room with a double bed and a single bed. We said we booked for 4 and they said they will bring in an extra bed. We were speechless as we barely managed to fit our luggage in the room without the extra bed (note: we traveled handluggage only). We told them that it’s impossible that the room was capable of accommodating 4 people and in the end they offered us a second room which we appreciated as otherwise would have been a very unpleasant experience. The room was clean
