First of all: this is not a villa, as stated in the name of the accommodation, but merely a moderately large two-storey flat. The decoration is a matter of taste, I didn't like it. The flat is rather overloaded with various things, but on the other hand it is very well equipped. You'll find everything you need. Even things for the beach, for example. The air conditioning worked very well. I couldn't use the car parking space because it was very tight due to another car parked next to it. I always parked the car on the street.

A very nice and spacious apartment that was quite enough for our stay , it is a little further from the first beach , but that was not a problem for us because we expected something like that , mostly the impressions are more than positive, so i recommend this accommodation. Big greetings to the owner and we hope to see you soon either in Belgrade or in Paralimni, big greetings from us!

The location of the apartment was excellent, within minutes to all the bars and restaurants on Kennedy Avenue. We went in winter and had very unusual cold temperatures for Cyprus!! There was a swimming pool on site for warmer weather. It was extremely difficult to find the apartment even with Google maps, so a few better directions would have been helpful, e.g. it is across the road from these apartments and these town house complex. However the apartment was nice and big, comfortable, had everything we needed, all clean, tidy, 2 big bedrooms, air conditioning which we used as heating, kettle, microwave, toaster, comfortable living room, downstairs toilet and a good bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. The locals are nice and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. Cannot bear the location, even in the middle of winter, we had everything. It's all about location as Kennedy Avenue, Kapparis is open all year round if you wanted a break in this area in winter as majority of places closed in Protaras and Pernera. We would definitely be coming back here
