The location of this hotel is perfect, it is right on the main street, steps away from lidl and couple hundred meters from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants just steps away, if you like pizza, i recommend Rud's pizza, which is very close. This hotel is better than others i believe, because it has private parking (behind it, there is a gated yard for parking), it also has an elevator, so no need to carry luggage up the stairs. The bathrooms are a little on the small side, but you don't really go to the beach to spend time sitting in the room or bathroom, so for it's purpose, it does it's job. There is also a small kitchenet, but we never used it except for washing some plates and cutlery. The ower, Manos is really a great guy, he is always available and very friendly. In conclusion, we spent a wonderfull week in Paralia, thanks in part to Manos's.

Great accommodation for this price. It felt like home for almost 2 weeks while we stayed there. Very good location, close to the beach, a large balcony from where you could see the sea and the palm trees. A fully functional mini kitchen, clean bathroom and bed room. Also, free AC which is working great. The hosts are very kind, pleasant and smiling all the time, giving you a great vibe. Would recommend it to friends and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and worked, the staff was nice, rooms were big and well equiped (Tv, AC, blowdrier, sandwich maker, little stove etc).

The location is perfect, but the facilities inside needed to be changed like beds were not very vomfortable and the bathroom needed some repair.
