The fine print
Guests who arrive after check-in hours will have their booking cancelled.Please note that guests are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages inside the rooms.Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Very quiet, they accommodated an early breakfast of eggs and yummy bread and jam. Short walk to everything in Paracas.

Atenas is a very nice hostel especially for its price. The room was cozy and the mattresses were nice and firm. Eating is not allowed in the rooms but there is an available common area with tables for eating. It is very close to the Cruz del Sur bus station which made it very convenient for us, and it is also across the street from the Ballestas island port. This place is well worth the cost and was a pleasant surprise because it was a very nice place.

Very nice place: good breakfast, perfect location, friendly staff, very clean! It is definitely a good deal. They offer several tours and activities in the area which we really liked.

Very friendly staff. Nice to have early check in time. Comfy bed. Had a fan in the room. Felt safe and private. Pretty standard shower for Peru. Quiet hostel environment. Would recommend.
