James is an outstanding host. The free pick up from & return to the airport were perfect, and effectively cuts the cost of the apartment. The apartment was spacious & well equipped. Yes there’s a bit of a mismatch of crockery and glasses but we liked the fact that things aren’t replaced simply because part of the set is broken. Everything you could need is there, you might just have to find which cupboard it’s hidden in (there’s lots of storage space!) The outside area is great, with plenty of sunshine & some shade too. The photos on Booking show the apartment exactly as it is, apart from the bathroom which now has a shower curtain rather than the glass screen. Sadly John’s (James’ father) Ferrari in the parking place is not included in the rental! 🤣 Again, can’t recommend James enough as a host. Amazing welcome pack to greet us, helpful message with links to all local amenities & attractions, and availability for queries at any time. It felt as though we arrived as clients and left as friends.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in a nice complex with a great outside area. It had all the amenities that we needed and a very large pool that was spotlessly clean. An easy 20 minute walk to Kato Paphos and the Old Town. Mini markets and a Supermarket approx 10 minute walk.

James is an incredibile host. Very helpful and attending. We spent a week in Maya apartment. The apartment itself is spacious with lovely a viev for the swiming poll and all necessery equipment. Great offer for the families! Thank you !

Lovely clean apartment with great outdoor space and good shower. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to museum, old town and beach. Pick up/drop off at airport was great. Heating (where were then in January) was grand.
