We stayed 5 nights in September 2024. Pros: • Quiet location: 25 minute walk from both new and old Paphos. Main supermarket is 1.2km away (15 min walk) & smaller mini-market for water is 6 min walk. • Quiet complex: surrounding (approx 20) houses/apartments share one pool but are holiday lets/homes, so not always occupied, meaning the pool is very quiet. Enough free lounges for all. • Private veranda only 5m from the pool, which is great. Has table and chairs. You can leave everything inside, and just swim; no need to prep a lunchbox or water, just pop inside to get everything fresh. • Ceiling fans worked well • Decor very nice throughout; modern with boutique beach vibes • Coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, and washing machine all very good quality • Lots of cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, glasses etc, but no oven trays. We bought baking foil roasting trays and same material cake tins which did the job as a lot cheaper • Outdoor ceiling fan on veranda • Very easy check in and checkout . Very quick responsive host via WhatsApp. • Lots of friendly cats will come for a fuss; mainly a cat called Cyprus who used to live in the property. Will get on your lap for a cuddle in the evening. • Front door only had a handle on the inside, so felt safe. We added our travel lock as we always do anyway • Two bedrooms which is helpful for creating a walk in wardrobe vibe .

The house is really nice and beautifully decorated. The terrace is great for having a meal and relax next to the pool. The owner was approachable and pleasant. There is available parking on the street right next to the house. The house is located in a very nice region. We really enjoyed our stay in this place and recommend it if you travel in a group.

Swimmimg pool is very good and it was never crowded, bedrooms are nice, ACs and fans available, markets nearby, cheap restaurant 6 min away walking, the owner responded always very fast and was very helpful, self check in and check out made everything easier.

Very good equipment, all u need is here. I like owners attitude, quick answers, full information. If ill in Paphos, definitely stay in the same place!
