The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be RM1 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards.For Prestigious Events, Heritage Fee will be RM2 per night applicable during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Sea view from Roof top restaurant was soothing while doing breakfast. Location is on main road, near beach, good food outlets/restaurants and shops. Road is lively.

Good location,just next to Cenang beach. Evry where is duty free shops, massage shops, food and drinks easily to get.

It was ideal for just staying a night on Langkawi with mates, and enjoying the delights of the island with minimum of fuss and a pleasant, comfortable room on the main strip of Cenang Beach.

We was very2 satisfied with the room service. Our room tv was under maintenance but immediately the team change the new room for us with the sea view. We really appreciate the effort they made for us for our trip become smooth and safe. This is our 3rd time stay here. Best location in the Cenang Town. Super duper easy to find foods, tit bits and drinks. Easy peasy to touch down the beach. We had 4 days and 3 nights over here. We definitely will repeat the stay in future. And for sure we will recommend to our family and friends. Thank you.
