The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Great value, in a brilliant location with just 15 min walk to the center of town, we hired a bike directly from the Motel at a really good rate, the staff were great and very kindly let us use the washing machine. The rooms are really spacious and clean with free water tea and coffee available. We were also lucky enough to be there when the coconuts were ready to be picked so we’re treated to fresh coconuts daily 😃 We extended our stay as it was brilliant!

Basic accommodation, but clean and comfortable. A very tranquil place with very nice unassuming owners. They let us use their washing machine and there's free tea and coffee too. It was particularly good for us as we have small children and they were able to run outside without the worry of traffic. Full nature immersion too... monkeys, cats, chickens and squirrels. A different experience and a worthwhile one from the hotels were used to on this trip. And for the price you can't go wrong. There's a nearby coffee house which serves breakfast and very good coffee and further down a chicken, rice and curry place (their only dish) and up the other way along the main road, an upmarket spa serving decent breakfasts. It was 5-7RHM for a Grab to the beach front.

Very friendly hosts. Often free fresh fruit, coffee and water too. You have to be aware that this is not a hotel or resort, but a motel. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, they are very clean, but if you want them cleaned, you only get them when you ask. There was also a very attentive guard. Exercising privacy is a bit difficult. But otherwise it was a nice experience to stay in a motel. The location isn't bad. There are enough places to eat on the main road, especially the WK12 Restaurant, which I highly recommend. And it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Underwater World and Pantai Cenang Beach. I miss my sweet black cat.

I love that it's clean & basically it has everything. The room is clean, the toilet & shower are functioning well, the aircond is supercold. There's a huge compound where kids can play freely without having to worry about the traffic or any relevant hazards. There are also water dispenser & a washing machine at the common area.
