All we can say is WOW – this villa truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, beautifully presented and incredibly well-equipped it was. In fact, the photos really don’t do it justice – it’s even more impressive in person. We stayed as a family of nine (six adults and three children aged 1, 14, and 16) to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and it was the perfect setting. There was more than enough room for everyone, and the large outdoor space – especially the grassed area – was ideal for the children to play safely and happily. The location in the charming fishing village of Panormos was just perfect. You’ve got a lovely selection of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance, and the whole area has a relaxed, welcoming feel. We also took a taxi to Rethymno (about 25 minutes away) for a change of pace – it’s well worth a visit. One of the kids highlights was spending the day at Baja Beach Club in Rethymno, which we’d definitely recommend if you're looking for a beach day with a touch of luxury. Special mention must go to our wonderful host, Manolis, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was always on hand to answer any questions, made us feel so welcome, and kindly arranged for us to check in early – which made a big difference after a long journey. In summary: a luxurious, well-appointed villa in a great location, ideal for families of all ages, with a truly exceptional host. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Crete.

Wow wow wow. We have just returned from a week at Lagoon Seaside Villa and were blown away. The villa is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Manolis, our host, was welcoming, attentive and had thought of every small detail. The villa had everything you could need and more. We travelled as a multi-generational group and the villa was particularly well equipped for our two children (aged 3 and 1) - there were baby toiletries, stair gates, high chair, toys, a baby bath, children’s plates, cutlery, bib, just everything you could think of. The location was ideal, the village of Panormos is very pretty with plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets - everything you need is within walking distance.

Stunning property, lots of attention to detail, fantastic host, eveything you could think of or possibly need. Panormos is a great spot, quiet but lots of choice for eating out. The perfect place for a holiday.
