The staff were extremely polite and friendly. We used the Italian restaurant for breakfast as the main hotel was too hectic. The staff got to know you and even got my coffee request - thanks Stefano, a cortado! The place was extremely clean and the staff worked hard. Good number of pools & own beach. Food was plentiful, with an exceptional meal at the Asian restaurant.

We had a fantastic time. The staff were all very polite and welcoming special thanks to Refaela at the reception who helped us with everything we needed. The Aqua Park was a big hit with the kids plenty of fun, water activities, and sweet treats every day. It was a joy watching them have so much fun. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for a fun and relaxing family holiday!
