Comfortable, fully equipped villa with a swimming pool of approx. 11x6m surrounded by flowers, in a quiet and peaceful area. Wonderful view from the terrace of the Trodos Mountains, around the orchard and fields. Not far from the beaches in the vicinity of Pegea and Polis, as well as other attractions (Akamas, Blue Lagoon, Paphos, etc.). 10 minutes by car to the town with good restaurants and a shop. To the Trodos Mountains approx. 1.5 hours. Friendly and helpful hosts. Every day fresh eggs from "their own" hens and fruit straight from the tree. A place only for drivers and people who want to rest from the tourist hustle and bustle and get away from everyday life (although the wifi works well). I really recommend it .

We loved the outside garden space and terrace. Every morning was fabulous, waking up in this gorgeous environment. At first, we were slightly overwhelmed as the space was much bigger than we thought. But soon we realized it was perfectly cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at villa Koumneni very much. The house, which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, is set in a small village in the mountains but close to the sea. We appreciated the peace and quiet, the eggs in the morning, the fruit from the tree, the outdoor space. But above all, we liked the owner's hospitality. They were very welcoming and came several times bearing gifts. We spent a great vacation there and can only warmly recommend the place.

prime location fantastic well equated villa. The owners was amazing and anything we needed we just ask they was very ablidging. The owners also was very welcoming and visited us a few times during our stay.we loved the chickens and freshly laid eggs every morning. we shall be definitely be booking this villa very soon. Thank you again to the owners Andry and her Lovely Husband we hope to see you again very soon.
