Nice hotel in a calm nature. The outdoor pool was warmer then expected. The wellness area has two saunas, a steam bath, salt cave and indoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with Bulgarian specialities like Mekiza and also continental breakfast. There's a fitness and game room which is sufficient. Overall also very child-friendly.

Amazing location on top of the mountain! The staff is increasing kind and well trained. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The parking lot is spacious.
