The hospitality of the owners / hosts and staff. Excellent food and over generous helpings. Cozy family run hotel. Comfortable rooms and good wifi. The shower was exceptional !

Beautiful vintage cottages with all modern amenities and delicious homestyle parsi cuisine made with great care and top class service standards makes Il Palazzo villas " the place" to stay in Panchgani Or Mahabaleshwar. I know where I am going to stay on my next visit.
