Everything. It’s one of the best and most comfortable accommodations in my past two months in India! Clean and spacious AC room, cute balcony, table and chair, clothes hangers and hooks, good wifi, quiet at night, short distance on foot to the churches and Karmali station. Didn’t mind the small bathroom, it’s clean and functional. The caretaker Bijay was friendly and attentive. Nice neighbourhood with a seriously good restaurant just downstairs.

Only stayed for one night but booked for 2 as going on an E-bike tour the following day. The entrance to the property is around the back, but do not be put off by this, it’s just that I’m a female solo traveller so am always on alert. The facilities were clean, toiletries provided. You have Access to the kitchen for tea, coffee etc. The bed was a bit hard but not a problem. I had a balcony in my room which was most welcome. The homestay is around a 8 minute walk to the Basilica Of Bon Jesus, Si Chaple, Archaeology museum and the other church’s are all within walking distance but if not you can get a rickshaw. The owner organised a taxi for my return journey to Anjuna for a reasonable price and the driver, his friend, was so friendly and knowledgeable, thank you guys.

Very spacious and clean, the room was nice and cool, I slept very well. Shiva was an amazing host, very helpful and kind. I was ill one of the days (not food posioning) so I had to stay in. He made me a meal which was so kind of him.
