Great atmosphere, nice pateo outside, restaurant area was very peaceful. Majority of the staff did not speak English, but one lady spoke enough and seemed friendly. Room was clean and toilet had a pleasant smell, balcony was okay. Good location, in between the beach and the centre of panjim. They also allowed me to check in earlier and leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours after check out. Felt sorry I did not book this hotel before and did not try their massage offers. I would definitely return.

Friendly, welcoming environment Yoga and treatments were great The Yoga teacher, Neelam was so professional and caring, her Chair Yoga sessions were so good. I had a great time.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The Yoga was great, the teacher Neelam was so professional, her Chair Yoga was brilliant. The treatments were great.
