Excellent Location, awesome cleanliness & all amenities. Very nicely maintained holiday home (all appliances are kept up to date & in working conditions). Real feeling of home away from home. Walkable distance from the beach. Owner Mr. Milind Amonker is very cooperative & instantly responds to phone calls..... We had a very comfortable & memorable stay!

The host Mr. Milind Amonkar was amazing. He was constantly in touch with me over WhatsApp messages and answered all my questions perfectly before arrival. Upon arrival, he was there to greet us and helped with the parking 🅿 space within the society. Hot water was available for bathing. Refrigerator, washingachine and both A/Cs were in working condition.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

nice 2BHK Appartment in a quiet, safe area. The Appartment was exactely like it was shown on the pictures (we made a lot of other experiences in India...). Recommendable for 3-4 persons. Good Wifi connection. It has everything you need for your daily live like washing machine, water heater, fridge, etc. Supermarket, Bank, Veg restaurant (Sheetal, very recommendable!), everything is in the near area. Local Buses stop at the street in front of the house. If we come back to Panaji we would stay there again! We enjoyed our stay!
