The fine print
Please note that at least one guest in the party should be 30 years old or more to check-in.
It is mandatory to provide the Passport or ID identification of all guests of the reservation to Cozy Mallorca at least 14 days prior to check in date.
This house allows a maximum of two pets. You must previously request authorization from the property. Pets are not allowed to be alone inside the house. You have to leave them in the garden. There is an additional cost of 50 euros per pet stay.
Please note that noises are not allowed after 23:00 until 10:00. This includes shouting, playing loud music and talking loudly which can disturbs the neighbours in the house, garder or pool area. This restriction also applies to noises in the street in front of the house that might wake up the neighbours.
The penalty to wake up neighbours is 150 EUR which will be deducted from the deposit.
Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they are not listed in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in full deposit of 300 EUR and cancellation of reservation without any refund.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property during the day without the host prior consent. Violation of this rule will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right of any compensation.
Swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

My friends and I were warmly greeted by our host who gave us a thorough explanation of how the house operated. Very helpful. A few welcome beers in the fridge were much appreciated as were the coffee pods and little cakes for breakfast. Everything worked very well for us. An ideal and peaceful location for our short golfing trip around Majorca

The house itself was beautiful, very comfortable for 6 people with a beautiful terrace and a lot of extra amenities provided by the hostess (extra towels, sea equipment & shampoos etc).
