The fine print
During October to April, if you'd like the pool heated there would be a $80.00 fee per day. Unlike other systems you can also heat the spa independently from the pool, and the fee for that would be $25.00 per day. One thing to note is that you don't have to heat the pool every daty if you don't want. We also have a pool cover to help maintain the heat. The heating hours would be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. To heat the jacuzzi, you can do so from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. We can talk about this further when you book if you'd like. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Swan House is a wonderful property. We just got home after a four night stay there. We could not fault it. The house layout is great, good size bedrooms with the most comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean throughout. The outdoor seating area is very nice, lots of chairs for the outdoor table and there is a nice gas fire pit with seats. Pool and Hot Tub are great, we never had the pool heated as it was 104 degrees and nice to cool off. TV's is all bedrooms and lounge that worked great. All in all we loved it and hope to come back in the near future. Eduardo was very pro-active in making sure everything was great for us, we really couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended
