You agree to a charge for smoking in or near rooms or not using ash trays at designated areas. The designated smoking area is by the pool at the ashtray stands - not near or in rooms. By requesting this reservation, you understand that you will incur this fee if you smoke in any room.If your room has a kitchenette, the kitchen must be returned as found to avoid incidental charges. Any damage in room is considered an incidental. We provide white towels and linens and those need to be white at the end of your stay. We provide cleaning towels under the sinks, paper towels, and tissues.Kindly be informed that the late check out fee is $50 and the early check in fee is $50.

We had a lovely welcome and the host was very helpful with recommending things to do. The room was very clean and we had lots of space. Parking was easy out front and it was close to some really nice hikes.
