Nice and close to the train and bus station with a lovely big kitchen. Also nice and close to the waterfront areas of Palermo. Excellent communication with hosts . Very clean.

The appartment is perfectly located: 5 min by feet to the central station; 10 min away from the restaurants and bars district and 15 min to the sightseeing. Easy communication. We would be happy to come back :)

We stayed 3 days in Palermo ,at Solemar and it was the right choice. We loved that it was located near the central station (2 min walking) ,perfectly located for people who want to explore nearby like Cefalu and Trapani like we did. The building was located near the main street, safe enough. The apartment was newly furnitured and soo spacious and clean. Ruslan helped us with any inconvenience. We enjoyed a lot staying at Solemar☺️
