Elisa was lovely and helpful. Good communication before we arrived, she even suggested which bus line to use. She met us at the apartment,showed us around and answered our questions. She also gave us local information on restaurants and places to visit. Apartment is in a brilliant situation with a balcony to sit out and see the hustle of the main city pedestrian way. However inside with the windows shut you can’t hear any noise. air con throughout Loved it

The location of this apartment is just perfect for visiting most of the best sights that Palermo has to offer. It is right at the heart of the bustling main street. We were a little worried that it would be noisy with nearby busy cafes and bars, but the triple glazing keeps most of the noise out. So we weren't disturbed and slept well. Not having been to Palermo before, so not really knowing the best locations to stay, we really felt we had struck lucky with this apartment. Communication with the owners was very good and they have lots of information available about good restaurants etc.
