Don’t think too much—if the price is right for you, just book it! This place is amazing: super clean, comfortable, and the room is very modern with a great bathroom. The kitchen is communal but really well-equipped, making it easy to cook or prep meals. There’s even free street parking right in front, which is a huge bonus. Only small things to note: there’s some construction happening next door (at least during my stay), and there’s no elevator—but it’s just one flight up, so not a big deal. Overall, I 100% recommend this place for a short stay in Palermo. It’s a great value and a really pleasant spot to stay!

Check in with instructions was easy. Location was great! Free parking available on the street! It was big advantage, because in Palermo center was challange to park the car!The apartment was luxurious! The bathroom was clean, spacious!

Very comfortable for a two night stay whilst visiting Palermo. Just outside the ZTL and quite easy to find.
